Prices

All prices include VAT (value-added tax) at 24 %. Coruya reserves the right to changes if the price is incorrect due to a human or technical error.

Warranty

All Coruya's Products carry a life-long warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coruya’s warranty provided herein does not include normal tear and wear due to use of the Product. Furthermore, Coruya’s warranty does not include defects due to negligence in products care.

Placing an order

The checkout process is secured by TLS technology. You can order products on the web store’s site by placing products in the shopping basket and paying for them in the payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information given when placing the order is used for delivery of the order and for resolving possible issues with the order. Email address may be used for sending marketing letters. When ordering from our web store you are expected to have acquainted yourself and committed yourself to the terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase.

 

Payment options

Private customers can pay for their order at the shopping cart with available payment methods. Business customers may also apply for a billing right.​

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

PayPal

PayPal is a global online payment service that allows you to transfer funds electronically and shop online, just using your email address and password. It’s fast, easy and safer than ever. You don’t even need a credit card to use PayPal- only a bank account. When you choose to pay by bank transfer in advance, you can pay the total of your order from your bank account.

We deliver your order as soon as you send us the receipt of the transaction to info@coruya.com or after the payment has been cleared.

 

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order an order confirmation will be sent to your email. To be able to receive order and payment confirmation emails you are required to fill in your email address when placing an order.

Delivery and costs

The delivery costs will be stated after you have chosen a payment and delivery method.

Delivery

We use the Finnish Post or GLS for all deliveries. Customers outside the EU are responsible to pay for any customs duties or other charges that may apply. We reserve the right to price and delivery cost changes.

 

Order is delivered to a mailbox/mail slot. A notice of arrival will be sent to the customer’s home address with larger orders and the order can be picked up from the nearest postal outlet. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by force majeure or any damage due to delayed delivery

Delivery time

All orders are dispatched when possible on the day the order is made or the next workday. The delivery time will vary depending on the destination. We aim to remove temporarily sold out items from our online store, but if an item you have ordered is sold out, we will inform you about this via email. If you wish, the entire order may be sent to you after the sold out item is available again. If an item you have ordered will not be in stock for a longer period of time, we can deliver your order in parts.

Terms for product exchanges and returns

You have a legal right according to the consumer protection law of Finland to exchange products or return your order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order without giving any reason. Due to hygienic reasons the return policy does not include piercing jewelry, nose jewelry or earrings. The right of return is only applicable to unused, re-sellable products in their original packing.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at info@coruya.com. We will provide you with the instructions regarding the return. When possible, a defective item is replaced by an identical, intact item.

Parcels broken during delivery

In case your order has gone missing, has been damaged during delivery or you are not satisfied with your order in any other way, you are required to notify us at Coruya (info@coruya.com) within 14 days. If the order has been damaged during delivery, a complaint must be filed with the carrier company immediately.

Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, excluding its choice of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be settled in Finland at the Helsinki district court.

Disputes

If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution.

 

Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Local Register Offices' Consumer Advisory Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).

The European Commission's online dispute resolution forum (http://ec.europa.eu/odr) contains information on all European dispute resolution bodies. The service will be offered in all official languages of the EU. Consumers can refer any dispute to ODR concerning a purchase made in an online store for resolution by a dispute resolution body, if the seller and the consumer fail to reach an amicable solution.

Service has a strict inbuild access control that prevents outsiders to get access to the users private information. Register is used only by persons whose job description it belongs to. Everyone who uses the register has own personal username and password. Users are binded by the professional secrecy. Register is not in paper format.
